When you want to outsource a clearly defined work package. If OTIA AB accepts the assignment, we organise and supervise the work within our agreed scope. We assess feasibility and agree on deliverables, responsibilities and other terms before work begins.

Workers for construction and installation tasks. Depending on the assignment, recruitment can cover roles such as carpenters, steel fixers, concrete workers and installers.
Industry and manufacturing
Workers for manufacturing, production, welding and assembly. This includes roles in the metal trades, such as welders and assemblers.
Warehouse and logistics
Staffing for warehouse and logistics operations, taking account of the tasks, working hours and any required licences or qualifications.

Marcin previously worked as a construction supervisor in Sweden, managing teams on site. That experience gives him practical insight into staffing, supervision and planning on construction projects.
For recruitment, OTIA works with GOTIA, a separate company in Poland with expertise in metalworking, manufacturing and construction. Welders and assemblers are examples of roles; recruitment is adapted to each assignment.

How soon can an assignment start?
It depends on the skills required, worker availability and practical arrangements. We discuss a possible start date once we have reviewed your enquiry.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on factors such as the type of assignment, skills required, scope and schedule. We prepare a proposal after discussing the requirements.
Are accommodation and transport included?
Accommodation is not included in the standard staffing arrangement. Where needed, we can help arrange worker transport between Poland and Sweden. We discuss the terms and any associated costs for each assignment.
